Concept designs for the new Jordan Springs Primary School have been released and an architect for the project has been appointed.
This represents reaching another milestone on delivering the Government’s commitment to begin construction of new school in this term of Government.
Minister for Western Sydney Stuart Ayres welcomed the new school being built for the local community.
“The Government promised to start construction of a new school in this term of Government and we are delivering on that commitment,” Mr Ayres said.
“The new school ensures students and families in Jordan Springs will have the very best when it comes to school facilities.”
Education Minister Rob Stokes said the NSW Government was working hard to deliver the school facilities students and local communities need.
“This project will help provide the high-quality education our children need to succeed in the 21stcentury,” Rob Stokes said.
The NSW Government is spending $4.2 billion over four years building 120 new or upgraded schools and $747 million on school maintenance. This is the biggest investment in public school infrastructure in the history of NSW. The Jordan Springs community will benefit from a new school built and funded by the NSW Government.
