The first earth will soon be turned on the site set to become the new Gregory Hills Town Centre. The recently approved development will be home to over 7,500 square metres of retail space providing a local and convenient shopping experience for Gregory Hills residents. 

Located on the corner of Gregory Hills Drive and Village Circuit, the centre will be home to a full line Woolworths supermarket, BWS store, a medical centre and over 20 specialty stores. It will also provide shoppers with the convenience of over 450 car spaces. 

The specialty retail mix planned for the centre includes food and service-based retailers. 

With the development being managed by Dart West Developments, construction will commence in June 2018 and it is anticipated that the new centre will open around Easter in 2019.
