Our latest meeting was well attended with the speaker for the day being a representative from the LEEP organisation, whose objective is to enable people to use technology in an increasingly digital world. LEEP provides one-on-one training and mentoring in a local venue.

The outing for August was the Queen Forever stage show at Penrith Panthers Club with a very enjoyable dinner at the Ming Chinese Restaurant prior to the show. The Tuesday lunch for August was the Jamison Hotel in Penrith.

Members can look forward to an exciting program; featuring interesting guest speakers, monthly meetings, the opportunity to travel and enjoy exclusive discounts through the Probus Member Benefits Scheme. This includes access to exclusive Probus Travel Insurance, developing new interests and staying active. Upcoming events include a coach trip to Floriade in Canberra, a family picnic day at the Australiana Pioneer Village at Wilberforce and a Christmas party at Camden Valley Inn. Planning is continuing towards an interstate trip probably to Tasmania. Come along and join in the fun.

The Jordan Springs Probus Club meets at the Jordan Springs Community Hub on the 4th Tuesday of every month, 9:30am for a 10:00am start.
