The community of Gregory Hills welcomed its newest facility recently with the opening of the much-anticipated Howard Park.

The newest park to come from Dart West Developments features a playground that caters to a diverse range of age groups. These include a fenced infant area, play equipment suitable for school age children that includes slides and a huge climbing net, as well as something for the older kids including a half basketball court and outdoor ping pong tables. Suitably landscaped to provide much needed shade from the sun, Howard Park will also feature seated areas and water drinking fountains.

Conveniently located within the heart of Gregory Hills, Howard Park sits between the newly opened Gregory Hills Town Centre and the site for the future Gregory Hills Public School.

Senior Development Manager for Dart West Developments, Michael Sacca said, “Howard Park will be the bustling centre of the Gregory Hills community. Located right in the centre of Gregory Hills, all residents will enjoy its diversity and urban feel. We can’t wait for the residents of Gregory Hills along with the greater regional community to come and check it out!”

The opening of this exciting community facility is just one of many coming from the popular residential estate. With the recent opening of its very own town centre, sports fields and community centre, Gregory Hills is proving to be the community that has it all.

Howard Park has been delivered by Dart West Developments as part of the Gregory Hills Voluntary Planning Agreement with Camden Council. The park will be owned and managed by Camden Council.
